SlymRyte Slimming Consultancy has been running for approximately 8 years. We are an Essex based company. The SlymRyte diet is a very successful diet, with no pills, gimmicks, calories counting or faddy foods - just plain healthy eating and lots of it!

The SlymRyte diet is based on a high protein, low fat and low carbohydrate diet. This diet comes in 4 levels – each level is accompanied by a 14-day menu plan and recipes to help clients achieve their goal.

SlymRyte have had articles published in the Sunday Times, Woman's Own Magazine and been mentioned in the Sun and Daily Telegraph. Three successful slimmers have had their story covered by Slimmer Magazine, others have appeared in the Daily Mirror and Now!

Unlike other slimming clubs, we provide weekly contact with our clients if they wish, either by telephone or e-mail - whichever suits them best. This allows a rapport to be built between client and consultant.

Each client that joins SlymRyte has the total back-up of a consultant, they have our address and e-mail address so they can write, and of course they have our telephone number.

When a client joins SlymRyte, they are supplied with all 4 levels of the diet, plus the 14-day menu plans and all the recipes to compliment the diet.

THE SYSTEM

When you join SlymRyte you will decide how much weight you would like to lose to reach your target. You can then start on Level One.

Stick to the diet for four weeks, or lose 7lbs and you will then progress up to Level Two. Lose the 7lbs in less than four weeks and you will move up to Level Two sooner.

On reaching Level Two your choice of foods is increased. You can now choose items from both the Level One and Level Two cards. When you achieve your next 7lbs weight loss – or at the end of the four weeks, you will move up to Level Three, giving you even more foods and extra choices to add to the previous two levels.

Once you have reached Level Three you will have either lost a stone or been on the diet for eight weeks. You now have another 7lbs or four weeks to go before you achieve the final Level – Level Four

Level Four is the top level and completes the diet plan. You will now have the full range of foods and choices. Continue to use all four Levels, your 14-day menu examples and recipes sheets to achieve your final goal.
